Mel has 16 years worth of experience in massage. She initially studied and worked New Zealand, where she discovered her passion for helping people.
Her training and experience now allows her to practice a variety of different forms of massage, including Swedish, Thai, sports, deep tissue, pregnancy and manual lymphatic drainage, plus many more. As well as her massage training, Mel is also a qualified Yoga teacher and has training in Systematic Kinesiology – all tools that she regularly incorporates in to her treatment plans.
Mel loves how massage has such positive and profound effects on the body, mind and spirit. She enjoys discovering what posture and movement patterns have come to cause discomfort or pain in each individual.
