About Henry

Henry is a highly qualified Level 5 Soft Tissue Therapist and Rehabilitation Practitioner, specialising in Chinese Dry Cupping Therapy, Sports Massage, and injury rehabilitation. He holds a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Sports Science and a Level 5 Professional Diploma in Soft Tissue Therapy. Over his career, Henry has worked with several semi-professional and professional football teams, including Kings Langley FC, where he has provided pitch-side medical cover, injury assessments, and pre- and post-match rehabilitation for the past two seasons.

Henry has also gained experience working with football academies such as Birmingham City and Crystal Palace during tournaments, further developing his expertise in sports injury management. His approach to therapy is hands-on, utilising a range of techniques including Neuromuscular Techniques, Trigger Point Therapy, Muscle Energy Techniques (MET), and Soft Tissue Release (STR) to treat musculoskeletal issues and restore balance to the body.

Currently, Henry is expanding his knowledge by studying with the CHEK Institute, focusing on advanced Core Conditioning and Postural Training methods, to support elite athletes in achieving peak performance.

Outside of work, Henry is passionate about fitness, spending a lot of time in the gym, and enjoys various sports, including football, rugby, and boxing. A devoted Tottenham Hotspur fan, he follows the team avidly, both at matches and on TV.
